With a pretty bad sore throat and flu~ I can feel every muscle in my body weak and tired BUT why does my heart feel like soaring with a million and 1 things to do? =) I guess, happiness is like a perfume that when you spray on others, you can't help getting a few drops on yourself.
Salsa Classes, Charity event, Universal Studio in Nov (enough to make a memorable birthday for me) Hoping to try Freestyle HipHop Classes too in Dec (enough to make my Christmas rocks) Of course, it's work almost everyday~ I'm not as fast as some others but you can count on my responsibility. I hope by Jan, I can settle my career too.

Just finished packing all the things that I can donate for the sale. Now will just finishing up more work while waiting for my friend to confirm time with me so we can cab down together. It's okay to be busy as long as you make every second counts.
The community service work is part of a challenge that my friend took up with her course mates during her leadership course with Asia Works Training (s) Pte Ltd. They are suppose to organise a charity event from scratch and challenge themselves to see through it. They've finally settled the event to be a farm tour to Bollywood Veggies, including a baking and planting session. However, the cost is quite high (approx 3K) and they're striving hard to get as much donations as possible and the special day is only 3 weeks away. Right now, they are still looking for sponsorshop for shuttle bus service and for the event itself, as well as photographers and videographers. Donations are more than welcome even if it is just a dollar or two.
I'm v inspired by this challenge and hope to help this group of people to reach their goals while making it a day to remember for the terminally ill kids; that despite their illness, they can be a part of the society. Hence, this will be 1 of my goals as well. Despite the challenges, if there is a will, there is a way. 如果有心, 就肯定可以能做到！ Cheers for those who dare to dream! Ganbatte!!!

I must say stock take is such an experience! I counted fixed asset before but that was much easier since most of the items are in their respective residential rooms and we just need to go into each room to inspect. Moreover, the sample size was much smaller then. But inventory count can really be 要命! Especially when the client has Raw material, Work-in-process and Finished Goods, goods on consignment, obsolete, slow moving etc. *faints
Luckily the client was really nice and cooperative. They were very patient in explaining their inventories and took turns taking time off their work to show me around. When I told them I need to count this and that sample, felt very paiseh because many turned out to be very hard to retreive, need forklift to bring down. Then I will say 不好意思, 辛苦了。But they will always say no worries it's our job. Then there's this china guy who can do mental calculation, make me paiseh when I took out calculator. LoLs.. The people there are all very nice and as the client put it, very loyal to the company. Felt good to be there but unfortunately so far from where I stay...
But stock take is really tiring! Stood for about 7 hours in the heat and dust, feeling thristy and hungry from time to time. After the count, an uncle even rode his bike out and ask if I want a lift. lols..

Spent today slacking and documenting my work.. Work is never ending, no wonder they say auditor means All U Do Is Think Of Resigning. But at least I have music to accompany me! Have been listening to Latin and favourite Chinese songs whole day until some songs are stuck in my head..But still can't read enough chinese lyrics to go kbox with my friends. Hahas And they also understand my chinese lyrics reading is ba-ad... But can remember abit for some of my all time favourites: 只为爱上你-S.H.E, 孙燕姿 - 遇见, 薛凱琪 周子揚 - 唯愛, 天天夜夜-FIR etc. Jay Chou is everyone's favourite but seldom listen much nowadays cuz his songs too emo. Last time in JC used to play qing tian on guitar too but now also forget how to play already. BUT this song can intro: 我不配 has really nice melody esp. towards the last minute of the song! The high tune damn nice. Just came across it 2 weeks ago while searching for chinese songs and it's immediately deposited in my playlist playing till now. But I only have the MTV version where there are ppl talking now and then, blehs spoil the music... A dance teacher once played Jay Chou's song for us to practice rumba technique and said "can use jay chou's music for practice, so now no excuse to say can't practice at home". Lols
Looking forward to 18 Nov, unit retreat to Universal Studio!

The 24th Singapore International Ballroom Dance Championship at Suntec Convention Centre was so grand! The dancers were all so pro.. Took many videos and didn't regret helping out. Thanks Mia for telling me about this event knowing that I would be interested. =) Audience tix was $50 I think... Dancers came from Germany, Australia, Korea,Philippines, China, Malaysia etc.

Spent today watching movie The Soccerer and The White Snake with mum, sis and jason. We all thought it was a great movie because of all the effects. Story line was kinda expected though. But the effects and music were great!! This is one of them! Nice right? =)
So I went over to sis house to visit and also help sort out the 99 roses.. Didn't bother to count cuz many were spoilt & dried up by today. Then took some nice photos and back home now.. Have to work on the 6 FS now... Tmr still gotta attend Suntec dance competition to help out as promised. Helping out for the 3rd time liao. I hope everyone should be tired of asking why I not competing. Wasn't really into competing for dance. I just enjoy it as a past time. Anyhows can sun bian watch the competition for free. So will be a fun day!

Okay I know majority is work related but it’s common for ppl in this field to take leave to clear work esp. when I didn’t work at all this weekend~ *sians*
Coming to the last point, I have been worrying about whether I should change job. Whenever I asked my Uni professors if I should take other job offers or choose audit upon graduation, they would always say, anywhere would be better than audit. It’s hard to believe because after all, audit is a place with least politics and I really dislike working in an environment where there is politics. So I decided to try out audit. Besides OT and tight deadlines, other things like culture is really okay here. Hence, I’m afraid that if I move out, will it be better or worst? But after coming across the paragraphs below, I decided that I should step out of comfort zone to start pursuing a career that I would have more sustainable interest in and lesser work hours to have time to recharge on weekends. I hope that I make the right choice and pray that I will have enough courage to believe that I will be better off then. =)
The pursuit of happiness is a matter of choice...it is a positive attitude we consciously choose to express. It is not a gift that gets delivered to our doorstep each morning, nor does it come through the window. And I am certain that our circumstances are just a small part of what makes us joyful. If we wait for them to get just right, we will never find lasting joy. The pursuit of happiness is an inward journey. When we start from within, believing in our hearts, we will find that there is much to rejoice about.

After so much preparation time, I believe everyone’s hard work paid off. Jsquare wedding was a great success!

A few hours before dawn…
I was still preparing for things to bring tomorrow. Sis was complaining that I took too much time to do the “Please do not Touch” sign because she just wanted a simple sign while I was taking too much time to innovate around with the characters. It was pretty funny because initially I realized that my “Please” and “Touch” had too big font size and sis was saying later people think it means “Please Touch”. Lols~ Then I wanted to make the lemon and lime juice first but mum didn’t want me to mess with the food because it was already late and if I happen to mess up she scare won’t have time to clean up. Should have taken full day leave but there was still field work left to do and felt v paiseh to let my team mates take over. (I need to finish the work later too… *sians*) When I could finally sleep, my heart was still beating in excitement and I only fell asleep much later.
Dawn…
I woke up to sounds of car doors slapping downstairs. Thought I overslept but turns out that it was still early so went back to sleep. Could hardly open my eyes then. When mum finally woke me up, my eyes was still red with tiredness. Thinking back, I didn’t really sleep enough for the whole week. Aiks! So quickly bathed and prepare what to bring out later… When I went down, the zia Jie Meis already finish preparing so much yummy breakfast! What a wonderful spread, green porridge, pancakes with syrups, cheese ham and lemon juice… Woosh! I would have tried them already, if not for the brothers. I think the brothers would really enjoy their breakfast! After setting up the DvD player, I was tasked to hide the key! Heh Heh~ So what do you think I did? I gave the videographer Chris the Key and asked him to help me hide… Lols~ And he hide it so high up!
Gate Crash… Sounds of car honks started to fill the morning air. My god brother reached first and asked if he should stay inside or outside. I think 1 of the JieMeis said if he stay outside, he would be sabotaged to do all the things too so he immediately hurried us to let him in. It was pretty hot that morning maybe cuz I have been running up and down my house. Finally, after waiting so long, we saw the brothers coming out to the grass areas to shout to Jessie. And then after the long awaited approval, they came up with the briefcase of Ang Baos! Comes the exciting part! I was pretty glad we have Winnie to lead the games cuz she’s really fierce! Lols… But before we got any angbaos, there comes our Carebears. Honestly when they bring out the Carebears, I was pretty excited! Lols... I rem I was mumbling, “wah so nice” and stretched my hand to get the bear until Winnie said “No we not interested in that. We only want the briefcase.” Then I remembered and held my hand back. Lols! Seriously not enough experience as a fierce JieMei. The underwear part is so funny too! One of the brothers got his underwear entangled and it was a pretty funny moment… Then comes the nice 5star buffet breakfast… Winnie was making everything very funny the way she described the games too. After a lot of time drag, which was pretty much expected, it goes on and on until my mum came to save them and they finally came into the house where they are supposed to sing, then I realise I forgot to bring down the lyrics. Aiks! Mum was really soft-hearted! She kept saying not to play too harsh on the boys when they come… Lols…
So the bribe was fetched and we head off to Jason’s house. I think Laura was supposed to take QiSheng’s car with the videographer to film her picking up the fan that my sis threw out but dunoe why didn’t see it happening~ Anw upon reaching, after a lot of tea and angbao exchange, as well as some rest, we head back to mothers’ side for tea and angbao exchange again + lunch. The time had overrun a lot so I had to quickly pack up the place as the makeup artist is reaching at 2.30pm to doll up my mum. It was expected to be 1.5 hours per person so I went to pack up my stuff and bath first. However, time overran again till 4.30pm and everyone seems to be panicking. Lols… Then finally, it’s my turn so I catch a short rest while I was being dolled up. My eyes weren’t use to the heavy eye makeup and kept tearing initially~ But luckily, the makeup didn’t smudge through the night. The make-up artist is really zia! Thanks Sis for arranging for her! =)
And oh yes, must thank one of Jason’s brothers Yong who came all the way from Jurong to fetch us safely there (and back home that night too). Xin Ku ler! (I wonder why Jason always call him by ser name until I kept forgetting and address him by his ser name too. Lols sounds rude >.< I would find it weird if strangers call me by ser name… Only some of my closer frens like to call me phone, pond or even porn, never by my actual ser name anw *sign* =.=)
And finally again! We reached the dinner venue. The reception went quite smoothly because Libert & Winnie were soooo good at spotting names! I had tried to memorize the seating arrangement a night before but still cldn’t spot as fast as them. So lousy me~ But there was 1 hiccup which Jason managed to resolve too. A show of good capability! Thumbs up!
Then there was the Best Man (SS) who was running around the whole night, coordinating everything. His memory is seriously up there. Whatever that Jason told him, he could remember! And could even remember better than me. Aiks! Again, seriously lousy me. Lols…
The rest were also really good! The MCs (Jake & Shihui) who hyped up the show, the brothers (SS n SC) who ran around guiding the photo taking session, those who helped out with the AV side (QiSheng & Yong), and the sisters (Laura & Susanna) who stayed at dressing room frequently to help doll up my sister while the rest of us entertained guest. Plus Jeremy and SS who helped Jason a great deal in solving the table Hiccup. Thumbs up to all again! =D
Oh ya, I think my hair was really quite wild that night. I was rather paiseh walking around with the wild hair on my RHS… Just need to wait for the rest to upload photos (and pray that I look normal in them) hahas! My sister look like a fairy in her first dress (which I helped her pick) and look like a high class gorgeous princess in her 2nd!
Coming to the 2nd march in, my sister look like a hot movie star! Just as what she dreamed! She always wanted to dress like this! Moving to their speech, honestly, I teared a little because Jason’s speech seems so from-the-heart… Never know he can talk like that cuz he always appear funny. No wonder he won the best actor award, so good at acting & moving ppl to tears! Lols, jk. But the Oscar awards really went well, plus the videos were really well done. Looks like their money is really well spent.
JeSsie I’m very fortunate to have an elder sister like Jessie. She’s a very kind and helpful person. She’s always there to help me with my studies or other aspects. She got stressed easily because she’s a perfectionist but despite the stress, she will still help out with her best effort. I must say, she seldom breaks any promise and is hence reliable. I still remember when I became single, she was scare that I would feel lonely and bored and asked me along to celebrate festivals with Jason. Hahas yes, what a light bulb! But mum accompanied me to be light bulb too. =P (That’s how I got a free Black Bosses treat from Jason…) Anyhows, I’m so glad she found her future happiness with Jason, who has the same cute thinking as her, who is almost always willing to give in to her and enthusiastically follow her choices no matter how funny or out of the box they are. I must say, Jason is really patient and the one and only perfect match for my sis. Nobody can replace that! =D I hadn’t expected sis to include me in the credits for the Taiwan photos too. So sweet for appreciating! =)
JaSon Jason is like a good brother to me. Every Christmas, he will not forget to get me a present! And when my family does go out for dinner with him, he will treat me too! He’s a guy who is willing to care for people whom Sis cares for. Esp. for their Taiwan photo shoot holiday trip, he also agreed to bring me and mum along. Moreover, sometimes when I’m upset, he is willing talk to me and share advice, comforting me like a sister. And of course, he’s a great cook, I enjoy trying his experimental dishes. =P I’m glad that he treats me as a reliable sis. And he’s really lucky to have my Sis as his wife too, who love him to bits (she confirm love him more than me! =P)
Jsquare Yes, they are indeed a very cute couple who exhibits many out of the box ideas and who are always there to keep a look out for me. =) May they have a blessed and wonderful marriage!

I am averagely happy now, but don't think I'm happy enough...! Not because I'm not satisfied with what I have... but because with how I spend my time... and with the limitations that tie me down Makes time past too fast... Yet If I change things...
